Every registered family and child, search and filter across all of them, plus the
admins who help run the moderation, review, and feedback tools — separated from the family list
below. Add tokens here too. They are added as GIFTED tokens, never as money: a giveaway must not
become a refundable balance the family can ask back in Square (2026-08-28). If you are crediting a
payment that genuinely happened outside the automated flow, record that in Square, not here.
Sends them a one-time link to set their own password — nothing
to hand them yourself. They'll be able to see the moderation queue, question
review, and feedback tools; the family roster and pool balance stay
super-admin only.
For "it says the email is already in use" — this says what
is holding it, and where to find them. It changes nothing.
An address can be unusable because a login index still
points at an account that is gone — that is what makes "this email is already in use" happen
to somebody who has no account. Releasing the lookup frees the address and destroys
nothing. The history of closed accounts is listed below it and is never touched: that is
the record of who has taken the signup tokens, and it is what shows somebody taking them
repeatedly.
For "the email never arrived" — every send is logged with
SendGrid's verdict, and this also checks SendGrid's suppression lists live. A test address that
bounced once goes silent forever until it is unblocked here.
Students who signed up on their own, or whose family
account was converted to a student one. They hold their email and their own balance, and the
family list below cannot show them because they belong to no family.
