Joseki marks a student's assignment, points at the mistake without solving it, and lets them redo it. What you get is the part a handed-in assignment can't show you: what they could do on their own, and what they could do after working at it.

Access comes from the student. They invite you to a specific course, you accept, and that's the whole arrangement — there's nothing to set up and nothing to buy.
